BYRNE & KELLY in Concert

BYRNE & KELLY

In Concert at the Irish Centre

Friday

April 20

What began as Celtic Thunder’s Neil Byrne and Ryan Kelly performing a series of shows together called ‘Acoustic By Candlelight’ back in 2012 has turned into what is now known as Byrne and Kelly. Driven by dynamic vocal harmonies, the duo seamlessly dives into combining genres like traditional Irish and Americana to create a fresh, Celtic folk sound.

Their 2016 release of ‘Echoes’ – a collection of original tracks and one well known Irish classic. With fellow musicians Nicole Hudson and Peter Sheridan the album features songs that highlight their rich, Irish culture and experiences traveling the world playing music. Echoes received immediate chart success on the iTunes World Music chart, Billboard, Amazon Traditional Folk, Amazon Traditional British & Folk and more.

Annual General Meeting

Sunday, MARCH 25

Doors open @ 12:15 pm.
Please come early to register and get a seat.
Meeting starts @ 1:00 pm.
With the AGM fast approaching, as an Executive, we are encouraging as many of our current members as possible to attend the meeting.  The ISSS is very active these days and require dedicated and motivated members for it to be successful.  The Executive is reaching out to the 2017 membership to consider putting their name forward to fill one of the many volunteer Executive positions available at the AGM.  It takes much effort and team work to keep the ISSS going.  An Executive that is dedicated, works as a team and have the interest of the membership, will ensure a strong ISSS.
Please feel free to contact any current Executive member regarding a position.  You can also contact one of the Trustees to put your name forward for a position.  Many hands make lighter work.
Respectfully yours, ISSS Executive
